A. conigera is found in a variety of habitats including undergrowth, leaf litter, moss and grass. It may also be found by sweeping herbaceous vegetation and by beating from bushes and trees. Adults of both sexes have mainly been recorded from early to mid-summer, with females occasionally persisting until the autumn.Status
